Ward was born in MonroeLouisiana, on April 151976. Monroe Christian School served as her Christian elementary education. In her secondary education Ward first attended Ouachita High School. However, she was later moved into River Oaks High School during the summer following her Junior year. She was also a student at Northeast Louisiana University briefly after the completion of her degree. When she was thirteen years old, Ward started modeling after leaving school and moving from Louisiana to New York in order to accomplish this. She had the idea to attempt acting a few years later. In 1999, she began a career in movies in the role of Brittany Foster the psychotic character from the erotic horror thriller The In Crowd. While the film failed to earn money at the theatre however it did well in the world of cable and DVD. Ward appeared as a guest for the film Shallow Hal - a smash success the next year. The other roles she has played include numerous direct-to-DVD films and appearances in television series, such as Friends. In 2009she was cast as Chloe Kmet, the mother to a young girl in the ABC Family drama Make It or Break It. She was married to David C. Robinson, the producer. They had a child named Cameron.

Sandra Lee has achieved great recognition on social media thanks to her pimple popping and blackhead removal videos. Sandra Lee is also known by the name of Dr. Pimple popper and is followed by more than 13 million people on her You Tube, Instagram and the Facebook page.
